Viewpointe wins Ontario Premier's Award for Agri-Food Innovation Excellence for sustainable wine grape varieties 

A growing swell of interest in our sustainable varieties causes us to re-release this exciting news. Locally developed wine grape varieties that withstand the winter better, need less pest control and the wines taste great! 100% Ontario-developed, and grown! Big news indeed.

Our 2009 Colchester Cuvee has three of these exciting new varietals (HG01, HG03, and HG04). It's affordable and tastes delicious. The varieties are from Cabernet Sauvignon parentage, so that will give you some indication of its Bordeaux-like quality. Come to the winery and ask to taste it : )
