What are symptoms of a sexual addiction?

Dr. Drew: Sexual addiction is a model of any other addiction. You need to see a family history of alcoholism or addiction, i.e., a genetic predisposition. And again, the hallmark will be ongoing sexual acting out in the face of adverse consequence. The vast majority of these patients will have had a history of sexual abuse/trauma in childhood.

Britney Maclin sex addiction mean its only thing that's make you happy or getting through your day so if you depend on sex and only sex to make you happy or stable or escape from they them issue so you have problem i know the sex one most amazing thing in life and we can't live with out it but it's not every thing but if it is every thing to you then you have problem

Britney Maclin I think it's a good addiction if you can even call it that, on a side note I noticed more then anything else your bottle of tide laundry detergent, every time you move it would distract me by popping popping up

Britney Maclin Anyone can have an addiction to anything..even sex..Addiction is when you let something control your everyday life. Such as people masturbating at work. Or People paying for sex to a point they are not paying thier bills. Sex is easy for Celebrities and Good looking people as yourself so it doesnt affect your everyday living.. Mostly Married Celebrities use this excuse when they are caught cheating on a spouse and say "Oh its an addiction i need it all the time" but there are true cases of sexual addiction.

Britney Maclin I know the case of a woman who lost all for being addicted to gaming and you're right it is very strange and it's almost taboo but here in Chile there is a clinic that treats those addicted
