Ready for the World Cup starting tomorrow! . . . #seasonison #drivenbytheelements #bringiton #sailing #zeilen My face says it all... difficult days on the water. 3 more days to go. #keepfighting #aintoveryet #worldcup I am really happy I am able to sail for almost two months now since my 'injury', although it doesn't mean the project of 'getting back' is over yet. It's a proces, day by day, with ups and downs. Trying to get myself strong and fit again. Sometimes you win and sometimes you learn again a bit more how your body works and how much she can handle. For today it meant a rest day. Not an easy decision when you are in the middel of an event, but to get better you need to be wise. So no action for me today at the Worldcup . Focus this year is on the Worlds in August. #needtobepatientandtrust #comeback #ikblijfvechten
