After many races and marathons for which trained and ran together this was the greatest one I did with my love. Giving birth felt like an interval training in which the rest periods kept getting shorter and shorter. Towards the finish it’s all about giving everything you got and pushing yourself over the line. With the hypnobirthing training as a support kept myself focused and breathing correctly. This helped me to have faith in my body through out the entire nine months whilst preparing for this special moment.
It all started on Sunday night and on Monday morning November 20th at 03.28AM Raúl Severiano Bartelse came into our life 🙌🏼💙✨ He is part of our team now, very in love and we are looking forward to all that is coming!
