It’s Mental Health Awareness Week! The theme this year is body image. Something I as a woman definitely struggle with too. Mentally I really ‘need’ to workout a few times during the week to feel good. But it’s also because I like to stare in the mirror and be happy with what I see. I shame and blame myself so now and than for losing control during busy weeks with less workouts and eating shitty. But I’m aware of this and getting better and better in the acceptance and be proud of my body.
