Swiper In A Cat Car
I thought this was pretty cute and funny :)
(Brief Summary) He's trying to get to Perrito's surprise on surprise hill so he can swipe it. Yeah I know he loves puppy's but this episode is based off dogs so that's why he's in a cat car instead of a puppy one. Tico's dog and Dora's Puppy are barking to slow the cat car down (Not Shown)
