Day two, Don't know why, but because of some weird reason when I'm​training I love to mentally pain myself. So that after the training I will smile like a little kid that gets his first ice cream🍦🍧 Talking about ice cream. When you just see no other way. Your thoughts clouded because you’re in it too deep. Slowly you feel pain coming up which leaves you to only one good solution left. Get yourself out to create that overview. That's how I felt today. Finally around 7 pm I got myself to go out for a walk. (Guess the universal rules are right again. - The thing you feed grows, the thing you ignore dies.) Now a couple of hours and miles later. My mind is clear. My body and mind aligned.
