12 hrs each way. 1,000 miles roundtrip, $75 gas total... 

a fantastic time and the only casualty of the trip was my very old but
absolutely favorite pair of Isaac Mizrahi sunglasses, crushed by the
Hasselblad. Death by Medium Format. How about that?

This is me at the Whole Foods elevator. Happy feet.
