chickweed chimichurri coated chicken, pre-grilling
Last night's leftover chickweed chimichurri (@cooklocal recipe) went
back in the food processor, with a little bit more of the Priorat Natur
Neus olive oil, a bit more salt and red pepper flakes. It's ready for
the grill pan. Smells delicious.
