Chipolte-Grilled Pork Steak with Grapefruit Marmalade Glaze 

Inch-thick, bone-in pork shoulder steak from Twin Oaks via is rubbed with a combination of granulated piloncillo, sea salt, paprika, black pepper, thyme, rosemary, garlic and chipotle. The steaks are then grilled over an open wood fire and glazed with Rio Star Grapefruit Marmalade.
