Chipolte-Grilled Pork Steak with Grapefruit Marmalade Glaze
Inch-thick, bone-in pork shoulder steak from Twin Oaks via @austinfarmhouse is rubbed with a combination of granulated piloncillo, sea salt, paprika, black pepper, thyme, rosemary, garlic and chipotle. The steaks are then grilled over an open wood fire and glazed with @confituras Rio Star Grapefruit Marmalade.
