Nu ik hier toch ben: een #croissant test. Links Bédoin, boulangerie Olivero Ravel, rechts Crestet, la Main à la Pâte.
Bédoin verder doorbakken (knapperiger), compacter, hartiger. Crestet luchtiger, zachter, zoeter. Bédoin wint makkelijk.
