福の枝 - fuku no eda - lucky twig
SOLD
Today I am offering this piece (15x10 cm) for a special price of €200,- at @tinkebell.supportpieces as part of the ARTIST SUPPORT PLEDGE #artistsupportpledge

About the artwork: 福の枝
A wall object made out of a #sakura (cherry blossom) twig from the famous Yanomori lane in Tomioka, #Fukushima (Japan) found by me in September 2019.
At the end of the twig you find prints of four leaved clovers, also found in Tomioka. - I have worked in Tomioka for the past five years and found out that a remarkable amound of #luckyclovers are growing in this area. The background image is the page of a comic book that I found in Namie, Fukushima in 2017, before the evacuation was lifted.
Unfortunately because of the #corona virus, right now it’s hard to travel and I can't work in #Japan. So the frame of this piece comes from my own archive in #Wonderland. Which is somewhere in Amsterdam. the Netherlands.
more info on me or my work @tinkebell and if you are interested in buying other pieces, please contact @torchgallery - they are happy so send you all the information on available work. - stay healthy and take care! ❤️✨ ps:
