Finally! Back at it for real now! πŸ’ͺ🏼 A whole year has gone by that I could not train like I was used to. Due to lots of endurance training from april/may till september last year I lost strength, power and toughness. The triathlon I trained for was awesome and I still am very proud at my sub 2:30 achievement on the Olympic Distance. But I also lost a lot and couldn’t count on my body anymore like before. It took way more time to gain back my strength and confidence and to get back at the level I was before. Now, one year later I am looking back on two awesome weeks of training (a lot!) and feeling great. Knowing my boundaries better (yay), respecting my body and age better (wisdom truely comes with age 😏) and letting go of some struggles and just enjoying it to the max again. So today I realized: yeah, I’m back! πŸ––πŸΌ
