Guitar is French polished, and neck glued and bolted back in place. Whew!
@FlairWoodworks Probably :). I cut these with a chainsaw, though.
Finally peeled all the finish off, so now it's down to rosewood and spruce. Reminds me of bodywork more than woodwork.
Was hoping to get by without refinishing the top of the guitar too, but no. This sucks.
Yep, not a good finish when you can peel it off in sheets.

First draft of bedstead design in isometric projection. I think that was the term, anyway…
Now, my user stash of bit braces takes up a bit more room. Boring, I know.
My entire clamp selection (except the 4 handscrews) fits on a couple of hooks. Seldom use them, so I have too many.
Scotch brace on top, plated brace on bottom. The lignum vitae heads are very similar, which I find interesting.
And just because, here's my most-of-a-half-set of H&Rs. I made the light colored pairs.
I think the most gratifying part of plane making is putting the maker's mark on once they're finished.
Finished and tuned the no. 10 hollow and round! Heavy shavings just to see if they work.
