Last year I travelled to the Dolomites to hike. On my own. This may sound a little wildish, but it wasn't. At all. Since my concussion I'm not able to be active for longer than a couple of hours, so I decided to opt for a safe, relaxed and bit luxurious adventure (also because I'm afraid of snakes - poisonous and non-poisonous - and Italian men 😜). Every morning after indulging an incredible delicious breakfast I walked up the mountain surrounded with all beauty that nature has to offer - and I felt so ALIVE. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 A feeling that I almost forgot because of the fog in my head that accompanies me on this concussion journey.
