When the seasons change I love to cook this nourishing aryuvedic one-pot dish. Itβs composed with mung dal and rice. With veggies, spices and herbs you can create a version that suits your dosha (constitution) and taste. .
My fave combo is with pumkin (or sweet patato), parsnip, raisins, ginger and lots of coriander. π
