Field Trip
This afternoon fellow history geek Sarah and I toured the Worcester Historical Museum and the Salisbury Mansion. Places we've never been to, though we've lived here for years. I learned there was a woman from Worcester who was on the Titanic with her family when it sunk. She and her daughters escaped, but her husband and sons perished. She went on to live another five decades. She died on April 15, 1964... EXACTLY 52 years to the day she lost half her family on the Titanic.
