Elm Park 

Today was the Big Dipper All-You-Can Eat Ice Cream Festival at Elm Park. I volunteered for the first aid tent and in the afternoon I took this photo of the northern side of the park. The weather and the lighting was just right, people were lounging in the shade of the trees, this reminded me of that painting by Georges Seurat.
