WINDFALL!! 

File this under "I never thought it would happen to me." My friend Kristin and I went to Worcester's Greek Fest a few weeks ago, and at one of the booths was a representative from the Mass. Treasury Dept. He was taking names and social addresses (he was legit - he had a polo shirt) and checking a laptop to see if anyone was owed money by the state (usually because of tax overpayment). Just for the heck of it, I gave him my info ... and my name was on that list! It was like pulling the windfall card in Monopoly! Now the question is what I'm going to do with my big $5.65.
