Art in the Park
Today after work I met up with Jess, a friend from high school, and we walked around Elm Park checking out this summer's Art in the Park series.
A few cool things to know:
- Jess is one of my oldest friends, and our birthdays are just one day apart (she's Aug 6th, I'm Aug 7th).
- Worcester's Elm Park is the oldest public park in the country, pre-dating even Central Park.
- This sculpture is called Water Bubbles, by Lisa Barthelson of Rutland, Mass.
I'll take more photos of the art over the next few weeks.
