The Fall of Fall 

For me, the best thing about Fall is finding good, hard, tart apples fresh from the orchard. The eight to ten weeks of perfect apples makes me glad I live in New England. But now that we're progressing into winter, the apples are getting softer and less tasty. This supermarket Granny Smith had mold growing on her inside.
