Lunch: Kale salad with apple, cucumber, carrots with some cheese and bacon bits
with Raspberry Vinaigrette

The Journey will/is to continue 
So this is me at the start of my healthy journey, couple of months later and Me today after my workout a hot mess after a workout and in 35 degree weather. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

I am a work iย  progress..I have succeed and fail (alot)...but I do my best to get back and keep trying.

I have goals I want to achieve this I sure Ill get them no I am not...I doubt my self and get frustrated when things dont go as planned..And i keep looking at the past..saying to myself well I did this before why cant I do this now??? Well its cuz I am not that person anymore ..Ive changed, my mind and body are not as was in the past..they are fighting with thier selves and each other. Ive lost that balance I had before..Today I need to find new balance and what my mind and body need to do to work together and not against.

This is where I am I giving up...NOOO I am not. I just need to do another approach rethink things and take one day at a time. Give myself pats on the back when it is a good and be nice to myself when it isnt a good day.
I do have this..its just gonna take more timeline one day at a day. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ˜˜โค
