Fidencio Mezcal Distlry, Oax: First distillation (of two) of mezcal clásico. Mezcal "pechuga"=distilled 3x w fruit This is the first week for squash blossoms in my garden! We lost a lot of grapes in last week's hail storm, but most--like these beauties--are doing great.
