Chef Armando's new persimmon-apple salad w frisee, ancho, pepitas is really good. Red O in LA These beautiful onions are ready for the wood-burning grill at Red O in LA Lunch at Chaya Brasserie (Bento Box) was REALLY good. ESP the SUSHI OF hamachi with mole spices(!). Not kidding.
