Went to French friend's apt 4 aps b4 dinnr. Served upscale Picard (frozen). Tho won't replace fresh,remarkbly good Picard foie/choc roulades unconvincing, but not as unconvincing as my dinnr@Le Chateabriand.Did not get it@all ... Example of Le Chateabriand: lamb w raw carrot slices, orange, turnip.
