Does anyone know why my app store acct has suddenly been "disabled?" not sure what to do or how to fix

Sarah Silverman could be that some hacked into your account,, not uncommon,, like cloaning a phone number,, the internet is contected,, like face book that worries, me,, what if some asshole gets peeved could crash everything,,
