it looks like you have poor circulation. Start taking 200% (give or take) of Vitamin B complex everyday. Make sure you don't have citrus or other highly acidic foods when taking the Vit. B. Also, reduce the use of tobacco and MJ. Both (especally cig.) inhibit circulation by constricting vessles. Exercise also helps circulation, so do more cardio, not just yoga ect. best wishes. Cilla
