Last weeks, I felt not always being presence in situations, because it was out of my control and I could not solve it. It made me do the opposite how I normally act. Instead of accepting this mediocre phase, I had to go out there and discover what seems worth investing. Myself. After 48 hours of life coaching, boxing, meditation and sleep, I made a breakthrough in my journey. A simple realization that I can't control what happens to me. I can only control how I interpreted what happens as well how I respond to it. This simple thought made think that I need to work from my essence.
