Climbing Kilimanjaro wasn’t just a hike, but a life experience. Reaching the summit was the most challenging thing I did on a physical and mental level.

I experienced that my body gave up earlier than my mind.
I experienced that all my thoughts, some about victory where actually blocking what I needed to do. .
I learned how to focus on the now.
I learned how to control my breathing.
.
This made me reach to heights that I could never dream off. In a time frame most people wouldn’t think it was possible. With zero hiking training and 6 days of preparation I made to the summit. .
Having the right mind set and ability to adapt in challenging times I know anybody can do this

I wish all of you will look into yourself If you’ve not done this already to see if you can reach to new heights. It’s time to challenge yourself.

For what it’s worth, its never too late, to be in a place where you realize what’s important in life. I discovered this when I fixated my life too much on others people problems which were not my problems. You can’t help the other as they will stay the same, you can only make the best or the worst of it for yourself. Just listen to your body. The signals about your health to decide what’s right. I was not listening and being stubborn, but now I understand as my health changed.

I hope you make the best of it. I hope you see things that startle you. I hope you can feel things you have never felt before. I hope you can meet people that challenge you.
