Face pulls with a band by @bryan.wolters:
"Another exercise I use a lot to keep shoulders healthy. Due to the nature of the elastic band, there's little resistance in the 'arms straight' position, taking out the dominant biceps and putting most of the stress on the deltoids and external rotators of the shoulder. Be mindful of forward head posture and an arching lower back on these, so tuck that chin in neutral and keep those ribs down. Best done for a little higher repetitions; I like doing them as an 'active break' in between leg work." #facepull #shoulders
