Backbending: the Trilogy. .
In the next 3 weeks, every Monday for "Mobility Monday" we will feature 3 progessions to increase your ability to bend backwards. .
We kickstart the series with the "arching back".

Use a wall as shown in the video to keep track of how far you can go back (into Extension) Remember form is key, don't go too far in the beginning, less is more. Lift your chest upwards to the sky, move your hips forward and relax your neck. 10 reps is enough. .
