Want more impact with your knees/ legkicks?
This is a little trick we use to make the legs more explosive.
Take a elastic band and secure it close to the ankle and a solid object. The resistance from the band will try to pull you back as you make a knee or kick.
Give it a try and see if your leg speed and impact will improve. @ironfitnessnl
