Een leuke challenge van @welift_ : Wie kan de meeste backsquats maken in 45 seconden? 💪

We dare you to accept this challenge: 45 seconds of max back squats!
Instructions:
1. Take the bar out of the rack.
2. When you stand in the correct position, you have 45 seconds to do as many back squats as possible.
3. For a counting rep, squat with hips below parallel and make a full extension at the top.
Prizes for the winners per category; - FitAid case
- VIRUS item - We Lift t-shirt
To claim your prize, upload your video and make sure to;
-> Follow @welift_ and tag us in your video on instagram (@welift_ ) and tag the next person you challenge
-> Use the hashtags #teamwelift , #fitaideurope and #virusintleu
-> The video quality must be good enough that we can judge and count every rep.
When multiple people have the same amount of reps, the one that uploaded the video first wins.
