Had this pigs blood sausage and intestine soup  yesterday for lunch. Traditionally it's lighter. Nothing like fermented anchovies over hot rice. Had that with my blood sausage soup Spicy fermented anchovies.
I think it'll go well with our braised short ribs and poi. What do you think ?
