No-knead bread fresh out of the oven. Too bad, it was completely stuck to the pan. #cookingathome #lazycook

Started this on Thursday and let rise for 14 hours before shaping, and baked for 20 min covered and 12 min uncovered (I halved the recipe).

The bread itself was OK. The top didn't brown as much as I wanted but the crust was crispy and the inside was soft. It wasn't as light and fluffy as it should be, though.

I suspect I overworked the dough after rising since it was really wet and sticky. The oven also wasn't hot enough (I set the wrong temperature).

I wrapped it in tin foil and 7 hours later, the crispy crust got all soft. The inside was also a bit gummy. Hope the next attempt is better.

Recipe is here - http://www.thecomfortofcooking.com/2013/04/no-knead-crusty-artisan-bread.html
