I think we've served 60 goat barbacoa tortas in Xoco already today ... And dinner hasn't really started! At Frontera we use Alejandrina avocados from Uruapan, Michoacan. When you mash them for guac, they r truly my favorites Glorious, glorious day in Chicago in my beautiful fall garden. I live this time of year--such great blooms!
