Made brunch from farm mkt: slow-poached eggs,3 potato varieties,apples,hen of woods shrooms,sage,bacon,crm,NZ spinach Tonight's dinner: spit roasted pheasant breast in the fireplace. Tonight's dinner started with wood-grilled shishito peppers, then went to homade pasta with hen o the woods mushrooms.
