Ahhhh, a huge mound of cookie dough for Xoco's Mexican choc hazelnut cookies. Selling a couple hundred a day ... Knob onions on wood grill. Getting ready for evening service in Frontera. I am loving this Baja olive oil made from Nevadilla and Mission olives. Fruity, spicy, long finish.
