Rick Bayless - This is gauche- What is fried Balls or thyroid? I dont mean to be mean- but this is just wrong.... Fired on top of smoked? Isn't gnocchi and dumpling? To many extremes tunning through the palate is over kill. I am curious to know what animal the sweet breads came from... not that it lends any kind of Ca Va? I have an Excellent palate- please explain the dish further... Luv YA!
