Well folks, seems my little holiday paid off - 160kg squats x5. So my 1 rep max will be 180kg
Achieved my first lifting goal yesterday - 2.5x bodyweight deadlift. 232.5kg (511.2lbs). Tough lift. #stronglifts

215kg deadlift! My form was atrocious, but I did it.

Quality! After partial reps on the bench, I deloaded today to 102.5kg and got 5 reps. 7.5kg improvement over 6 weeks.
How is my deadlift form here?

Well got my 100kg bench finally (5 reps). Couple inches from chest, but should be there in a 2/3 weeks
