A Ferris wheel with a number 7 in the middle.
Loving the cliffs around Kangaroo Point.
I'm on a boat. A City Hopper leaving Eagle Street Pier.
A single mangrove tree on the wall
Walking toward the Brisbane CBD on the river. Thankful it's much cooler today than it was earlier in the week.
Sadly my Golden State Warriors case shattered only after a few days. Found a nice, simple, non-plastic white case at a local shop.
GPS Marker for my current location...
Those cameras, do they say something when they see something? #noagenda
A path flanked by bamboo.
Much of the bamboo also has names carved in it.
The tall bamboo creeks in the wind.
Neve seen bamboo this tall. Though surely it can grow taller than this.
At one time the Walter Hill Fountain was a drinking fountain. It was the first ornamental fountain in Queensland.
More plumerias...
A sundial. Sadly no sun to speak of today.
A statue of Jemmy Morrill and Brolgas (an Australian stork). Those birds in the foreground also look like storks (albeit a different kind).
A Japanese lantern by a greenish pond. Apparently there are several of these lanterns in the Gardens.
Not sure what flowers these are but they remind me of ones in Hawaii.
Jasmine. Very fragrant.
Probably the closest I will get to seeing a kangaroo in Australia.
Difficult to capture the splendor that is these banyan trees.
Love how plumerias smell. Can't take a picture of that, though.
Been a long time since I've seen a plumeria tree. The climate in Brisbane is definitely conducive to them.
Tasty viddles. And sake, too. At a place called Sakè.
