Yes!! Morning training was challenging, but the evening session for deadlifts was most rewarding.
1- 8reps on 60% (96kg)
2- 6reps on 70% (112kg)
3- 4reps on 80% (128kg)
4- 2 reps on 90% (145kg)
5 - max reps on 50% (80kg x 12)
