What a day:) So my squat is really weak. It needs work. Three months back my 1RM test was only 90kg on the back squat. My light injured lower back was also a factor. Tempo squats and box squats are helping me to get stronger in the lower part of the movement. Today! 3RM box-squat with 90kg:) Next week more tempo work and plyometrics. Road to 100kg+ #happycamper #stepbystep #squat #zilla #progress
