Cool Chicago fall weather.  The microgreens we're harvesting today for our restaurant are really beautiful. Beautiful epanadas (egg&rstd poblano, ham&cheese&chipotle) right out of the oven at Xoco. 40# of wild hen if the woods mushrooms just walked in the back door with Nick Nichols!
